A2: sample confirmation before order, sample re-approval before mass production. strict quality control for each step in mass production, professional qc &qa team ensure quality assurance for customer with 100% qc inspection before shipment, visual evidence of qc will be provided to customers.
A3: yes, we usually make it according to customer’s demands. customized products are available as per customer’s requirements. once you have the idea of packaging, we have the plan and service for you.
A4: free samples are available for your evaluation on request. customized samples are also available.

A6: for products in stock, we could provide you within 3-5days. for products to be produced, the delivery time will be about 15-30 days according to the production plan when you confirm the order.
A7: standard export packing methods like carton, pallet, carton with pallet for your choice will be used for the cargo. the damage will be controlled to be the lowest, and we will provide you some products as spare.
A8: we have after-service department to guarantee of the problems you have. before transportation of the cargo, we will take photos for your reference. when you discharging the cargo, please inspect to make sure the cargo are in good condition. if any breakage products, please help to take the photos from the original carton. all the claims will be treated in time and actively by us.
